COMPETITION FORMAT:

- Events include 5k and 10k.
- 5K and 10K will be ran at the same time.
- For the National Senior Games, the 5K and 10K road races are reciprocal events. Athletes who qualify in either the 5K or 10K road race may compete in both events at the National Senior Games.
- All Road Race events will be conducted in accordance with the USA Track and Field rules, except as modified herein. Please visit www.usatf.org/ for complete rules.
