Online registration will open March 1st. Online registration is strongly encouraged.
Saturday, July 7. Registration deadline will NOT be extended. No late entries. Space is limited.
Commemorative towels will only be distributed to teams who have registered by July 7th.

  • Roster and Waiver Deadline: 6 p.m. on Friday, July 13: Your full roster must be submitted online by this date. Rosters will be frozen at this time. Your signed waiver form must also be received in our office by this date. Waivers will not be accepted at the event.
  • By registering for this event, all teams agree to follow the Roster & Waiver submission policies and procedures.
  • If the above deadline is not met, your team will be pulled from the event and a refund will NOT be issued.

  • This is a two person team event. Divisions include Intermediate and Rx.
  • Your team may consist of male/male, female/female, or male/female. Minimum age is 16.
  • All participants are guaranteed four workouts.
  • Each workout will test the capacity and ability to perform multiple tasks and is guaranteed to be physically and mentally challenging. The workouts will not be biased to a certain type of athlete.
  • A list of movements and loads are below. Please keep in mind that this list is not all the exercises or the exact exercises that will be at the competition. These are examples of the movements and loads needed to compete in these divisions.

  • Intermediate denotes that participants have been Crossfitting at least six months. Proficient in movement and technique. Can do 75% of workouts as they are prescribed.
  • Athletes will be allowed to wear baseball/football type gloves. Athletic tape, wrist straps will also be allowed as long as they only wrap around the wrist and not the hand. Gymnastic straps WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
  • Belts, gloves, neoprene joint sleeves, and common fitness wear may be allowed.
  • In general, gear is allowed that improves safety but does not confer advantage.
  • All accessories worn by athletes will be inspected prior to each WOD (workout of the day).
  • Each event will be announced a few days in advance of the day of competition and posted on this web site. Standards and weights will also be announced at that time.
  • On the day of the competition, athletes and judges will be shown demonstrations of each movement, so there will be an understanding of what is and is not authorized.
  • Teams will go in heats, and will be assigned a judge that will count their reps to ensure they are performing movements to standard.
  • Workouts vary in the way they are judged: some are time priority (10 minutes to do as many reps as possible), some are task priority (complete 3 rounds of x,y,z exercises in the quickest time possible), and others will be most weight lifted.
  • Much of the competition will take place outside. Please be prepared for the heat by bringing plenty of water and shade structures with you.
  • There is no admission fee. Spectators and participants are encouraged to bring bag chairs and pop up tents for shade.
  • Commemorative Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to the top three teams in each division. Trophies to the first place team in each division. In addition, the top three teams in each division will received merchandise prizes.
