TIME: Weigh-in: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Competition: 10:30 a.m. Three minute matches with Double Elimination
FEE: $35 per person, includes two events- IJF & Freestyle.
REGISTRATION: Registration will open March 1st. Online registration only.
DEADLINE: Friday, July 1st at 6pm. The deadline will not be extended.
EVENT DAY ENTRIES: Day of entries will be accepted with a $10 late fee.
T-SHIRTS: Commemorative t-shirts will be distributed to participants who register prior to the posted deadline.

DIVISIONS: For both Male and Female: Juniors (ages 5-16), Seniors - Novice (17+), Seniors - Advance (17+), Seniors - Masters Novice (35+), Seniors - Masters Advance (35+). Age determination date is July 9.
COMPETITION FORMAT:
- IJF and Freestyle competitions will be run simultaneously.
- Participants can compete in either IJF, Freestyle, or both. No national memberships of any kind are required.
- Freestyle Judo Matches: Freestyle Judo rules will apply with standard modifications for juniors.

Age groups will be determined on site once entries are closed.

Weight divisions determined by participation. Senior divisions based on entries.

In divisions with less than six participants, a round robin format will be used.

In divisions with more than six participants, a double elimination format will be used.
- Mouthpieces (Mouth Guards) will be allowed.
UNIFORMS: In accordance with national and international requirements all Judo uniforms must be white, off-white, or blue. Other colors are not allowed. All uniforms must also meet international fit and safety requirements.
An admission fee will be charged to all spectators. Adult (18 & over) - $5, Students (5-17) - $3, Children (4 & under) - free.
