FEE: $30/person (includes six events). Participants are only allowed to select one division per event.
REGISTRATION: Registration will open March 1st. Online registration only.
DEADLINE: Friday, July 2nd at 6pm. The deadline will not be extended. No late entries.
EVENT DAY ENTRIES: Day of entries will be accepted with a $5 late fee.
T-SHIRTS: Commemorative t-shirts will be distributed to participants who register prior to the posted deadline.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
- 8:30 a.m. - Registration/Checkin will open
- 10:00 a.m. - Blackbelt Weapons/Forms/Freestyle
- 11:00 a.m. - Underbelt Weapons/Forms/Freestyle
- 12:30 p.m. - Team Forms
- 1:00 p.m. - Lunch Break
- 1:30 p.m. - Sparring Meeting
- Followed immediately by Underbelt sparring
- PLEASE NOTE: These times are estimates only. Times may change due to number of participants, scoring, and ties.
DIVISIONS & EVENTS:
- Novice Underbelt: White, Yellow, Orange, Blue, or Green if in Tae Kwon Do. Generally less than a year of experience.
- Intermediate: Green, Purple, or Blue if in Tae Kwon Do. Generally 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Advanced: Brown or Red. Generally over 2 years of experience.
- Blackbelt & Junior Blackbelt
- Please Note: Age Determination Date is July 10 for all divisions.
- Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals awarded to the top three in each event/division. Trophy awarded to the top overall team in each division.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT:
- Uniform: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu in good shape not to hinder performance. (Ex. Too long pants, torn uniform, etc.)
- Weapons: Weapons should be in good shape not to hinder performance. (Ex. Cracked wood, torn string, etc.)
- Sparring: Safety head, hand, and foot gear. Groin cup and mouthpiece. Hand and foot gear must cover fingers and toes.
- Optional Equipment: Knee and elbow pads, shin guards, and chest protection.
SPARRING RULES:
- All techniques are worth 1 point. The winner will be decided after two minutes or 5-point spread.
- No groin contact. No face contact below brown or red belt or in youth divisions.
- No down fighting. There will be one second grabs or holds allowed.

WEIGHT CLASSES:
- Light weight: 140 lbs. & below
- Middle weight: 141-170 lbs.
- Heavy weight: 171 lbs. & above
STORMONT VAIL EVENTS CENTER: An admission fee will be charged to all spectators. Adults (18 and over) - $5, Students (5-17) - $3, Children (4 & under) - free. Please note that outside food and drink are not allowed inside the Stormont Vail Events Center. Concessions will be sold on site.
FITNESS EXPO: The Stormont Vail Events Center will also be home to the Sunflower State Games Fitness Expo! The Fitness Expo will highlight different organizations in the health and wellness field.
