Event day entries: Day of entries will be accepted with a $5 late fee. 

After the deadline is done the sign-up will be frozen. 
 

FEE:

$50/person (includes six events)

Participants are only allowed to select one division per event. The day of the entire fee is $5

Spectator Fees:

- Adult (18-64): $7
- Seniors (65+): $5
- Students (5-17): $3
- Children (4 & under): free

• 7:30 a.m. -  Registration/Check in will open
• 8:30 a.m. – Blackbelt Meeting
• 9:00 a.m. -  Opening Ceremony
• 9:00 a.m. – Competition begins immediately after
  • Blackbelt Traditional Open Hand/Traditional Weapons/Freestyle Open Hand/Freestyle Weapons
    • Underbelt form competition begins immediately following Blackbelts
      • Traditional Open Hand/Traditional Weapons/Freestyle Open Hand/Freestyle Weapons
• 12:00 p.m. – Team Forms Begin
• Lunch break 12:30-1:00 p.m. (as time)
• 1:15 p.m. – Sparring Meeting
• Followed immediately by Underbelt sparring

• Novice Underbelt:
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Typically White, Yellow, Orange
• Intermediate:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Typically Green, Purple, or Blue
• Advanced:
  • Over 3 years of experience
  • Typically Brown or Red
• Blackbelt
• Please Note: The age Determination Date is July 13 for all divisions.
  Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals are awarded to the top three in each event/division.

• TEAM  FORM EVENT:

• Teams must be 3+ competitors
• Teams are grouped by Highest Rank and Highest Age of the team members
• Music allowed
• Bring your demo teams!

   

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT:

• Uniform: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu in good shape not to hinder performance. (Ex. Too long pants, torn uniform, etc.)
• Weapons: Weapons should be in good shape not to hinder performance. (Ex. Cracked wood, torn string, etc.)
• Sparring:
  • Point/Continuous Point Sparring:
    • Mouthpiece, sparring gloves, headgear, footgear/booties, groin cup (males)
      • Hand and foot gear must cover fingers and toes.
      • No MMA gloves
    • Optional: shin-instep protector, chest guard, forearm/elbow pads
  • Olympic Sparring:
    • chest gear, headgear, forearm pads, shin-instep protector,
• mouthpiece, groin cup (males)
